Services are currently available for families through parent coaching, and for providers and students through education and mentorship. Acupuncture (coming soon).

Parent support is for families who want to understand what their child needs and how to support that at home, without waiting for the next appointment or translating clinical language on their own.

Sessions draw from pediatric development, nervous system regulation, integrative nutrition, and HeartMath® practice. The goal is always the same: clear priorities, practical strategies, and a parent who feels less like they are guessing.
Coaching is available through the Steady Start Studio community and through individual sessions. A mix of free and paid options exists depending on what you need.

This is for clinicians and students who want to think more clearly across disciplines, build integrative frameworks into their practice, and learn from someone who has worked across hospital, outpatient, early intervention, home based, and specialty settings for two decades.
Education offerings include talks, mentorship, and online content. This is currently being built out. If you are interested in collaborating, having Jhoanna Rae speak to your team or program, or being notified when formal offerings launch, reach out directly.
